Leading East Midlands accountancy practice Duncan & Toplis has been named as one of the best employers in the UK accounting sector.

The company is one of ten to be shortlisted in the Accountancy Age Best Employer Survey and the outright winner will be announced in November.

The 2015 Accountancy Age Best Employer Survey sets out to identify and flag up the best accounting firms to work for in the UK. The project, now in its fifth year, is a joint effort between the Accountancy Age website and Best Companies Group, an organisation which aims to distinguish companies which demonstrate workplace excellence.

Surveys were completed by both employers and employees and firms were judged on their working environment, training, remuneration and employee benefits packages.

The highest ranked practice will be revealed at the British Accountancy Awards on 24th November 2015 at The Brewery in London.
