Experience What’s New at The Showroom

The Showroom Conference and Events Centre in Lincoln is inviting businesses to an exclusive preview of its brand new conferencing experience.

Following the introduction of a new team, The Showroom Conference and Events Centre on Tritton Road in Lincoln will be opening its doors to the public on Thursday 2nd July from 4.30pm until 8pm.

Sophie Bradley, Deputy Conference and Events Manager, explained: “As a new team we wanted to put our own stamp on the venue and give it a much needed refresh, from the branding to the menus.

“We are hopeful that our innovative changes will help us expand our client base and generate new business relationships locally and further afield.

“Many people are not aware that by using our facilities they are contributing to YMCA Lincolnshire, which runs The Showroom, and the charitable work it does for the local community.”

Businesses attending the event will receive an exclusive look at The Showroom’s new brochure, find out about the conference and events packages and prices, and taste samples from its new menu.

Several of the rooms will be set up for different occasions so those attending can experience the versatility of the venue and the diverse event packages it has on offer.

“Our centre has a number of multifunctional spaces that can be adapted to accommodate a range of events, for example small meetings, large conferences, seminars, exhibitions and award ceremonies for up to 250 people,” said Sophie.

As well as the conferencing facility, The Showroom houses an activity centre where YMCA Lincolnshire does a lot of its youth engagement work. All of the departments and projects run by the charity will also be exhibiting their facilities at the event.
