Hat-Trick of Promotions at Duncan & Toplis

Three is definitely the magic number at Duncan & Toplis which has created three new directors at the firm.

Karen Taylor at the Newark office and Kay Botley, based at the Sleaford office, have both been promoted to Associate Director. Graeme Hills is also taking up a new position as a Director at the Grantham office.

The new appointments’ combined experience of 40 years will strengthen the firm’s senior management team and confirm Duncan & Toplis’ position as the East Midlands’ leading medium accountancy practice.

“I am delighted with the appointment and I’m looking forward to the challenges and changes the new role will bring,” said Graeme.

“I have always been enthusiastic about what I do so I see the new position as an opportunity to help even more clients with their businesses.”

“I feel very privileged to have been promoted at Duncan & Toplis,” said Kay, who specialises in the healthcare sector.

“I look forward to continuing to support and work closely with clients as well as creating opportunities to support new businesses. I’m also looking forward to assisting with the running of the Sleaford office, where I have the pleasure of working with a very professional and friendly team.”

Karen, who joined Duncan & Toplis in 1999, sees her promotion as an opportunity to develop her existing client base as well as a chance to put the skills she’s learnt into practice.

“I’ve completed several management courses during my time with the firm and have learnt a lot. I look forward to using these new skills in developing my team at Newark.”

Adrian Reynolds, Managing Director of Duncan & Toplis, said: “I’d like to congratulate Karen, Kay and Graeme on their recent promotions. Their new roles are a recognition of their hard work and ability which has not gone unnoticed.

“I look forward to seeing them succeed in their new positions, strengthening our senior management teams across the region.”
