The Elite Fish and Chip Company

Kids’ Activity Pack is a Hit at Elite!

The Elite Fish and Chip Company is the plaice to be for parents and guardians teaching their children about the healthy benefits of eating fish.

To get children more excited to eat more fish, The Elite Fish and Chip Company has launched a kids’ activity pack and so far it’s going swimmingly! All three of the company’s restaurants and takeaways are giving away the pack whenever children order fish from the menu.

Packed with word searches, colouring in and spot the difference activities, the pack educates children in a fun way about the different species of fish and the benefits of eating fish. Inside the pack is a competition where children can design and write about their own ‘Superfish’.

Donna Tweedale, co-owner of The Elite Fish and Chip Company, said: “We’ve had lots of children have a go at the activity pack. The Superfish competition inside the pack is open until 30th November and there are three fantastic prizes on offer. Remember to tell us why your Superfish is good to eat and be as creative as you wish.”

Following its recent accreditation for sustainably sourcing fish, The Elite Fish and Chip Company is pushing the idea of educating customers about where its fish is from.

Donna added: “The kids’ activity pack highlights the importance of knowing where the fish on your plate has come from and what the advantages are of eating it. Mums and dads might even pick up some facts they may not have known before!”
