OrderWise Welcomes Seven More Recruits

As 2016 draws to a close, business management software specialist OrderWise has appointed seven more employees to its team, taking the total number of new recruits this year to over 40.

The award-winning company has now filled more positions across its training, sales and support departments, with the all new employees now entered into the second stage of training in their own departments.

Jon Roberts, Sales and Marketing Manager at OrderWise, said: “As with any new recruits, the first three weeks of their employment was spent learning how to use OrderWise and taking part in activities in our warehouse training facility to gain experience of using our software in a practical environment.”

Four members of the new starters will be working as technical support advisors. Jordan Parker, Lynton Karkach, Diane King and Daniel Mayfield will act as a first point of call for OrderWise customers, providing essential service and advice. The new members all have previous customer service experience, which makes them a perfect fit for the advisor role.

Christopher Rylance will be the newest member of the client services team, helping existing customers to adapt their OrderWise solution so that it can develop alongside their business as it grows. Chris has a background in account management, having worked at Vodafone and more recently at payment processing organisation World Pay.

Darren Sullivan will join the team as a senior business consultant. He will be helping companies enquiring into OrderWise for the first time to find their ideal solution and meet the requirements of their business. Darren has similarly worked for Vodafone and other large organisations such as AVG.

The final recruit is Mark Loudon, who will be the latest addition to the training team as a software trainer. Mark, who comes from a background in IT, will be responsible for training staff as well as new and existing clients.

Director of OrderWise David Hallam said: “It’s been an award-winning year for us as a company and we’ve already employed over 40 new employees this year alone. After our recent recruitment day, we are really excited to see what 2017 is going to bring. I want to offer a very warm welcome to the new starters coming on board with us this month and wish them all the best as they start their career here at OrderWise.”
