It appears alongside chefs from cafés and restaurants from around Lincolnshire, including The Original Cake Company, Doddington Hall, Welbourne’s Bakery and Winteringham Fields. The book is a perfect Christmas present for budding chefs, foodies and fans of dining out around the county as it delves into what makes each venue tick as well as looking behind the scenes through some stunning photography.
