There’s no stopping the growth at Saxilby supply chain software specialist OrderWise as it welcomes four new recruits and is seeking to add even more to its workforce.   

To strengthen its position and fulfil an expanding order book, the company has already taken on more than 40 staff this year and is making further additions to its ever-growing team.

The latest to join the company are Shannon Hamilton, Hannah Wallis, Richard Cupitt and Holly Johnson, with even more new recruits on the horizon as OrderWise holds its first ever recruitment day on 17^th November 2016.

Marketing Manager at OrderWise Jon Roberts said: “It’s an exciting time to join OrderWise as we take on new contracts and near completion of our £1.3 million expansion of our premises here in Saxilby.

“Our recruitment day at the DoubleTree By Hilton hotel is a great chance for people to come and find out more about the firm and look into applying to work with us. There are more than 20 positions available, so we’d encourage anyone seeking a new challenge to come and investigate.

“The first three weeks of our latest recruits’ time in post has been spent learning how to use our software and taking part in activities in the company’s training facility to provide experience of using it in a warehouse environment. We’re confident that all four will make excellent additions to the team.”

Among the new recruits is Shannon Hamilton, who joins the client services team as Client Account Manager. Shannon has previously worked in the aerospace industry and as an account manager for an international freight company.

Hannah Wallis and Richard Cupitt have joined as Technical Support Advisers, adding to the OrderWise support department. Hannah has IT experience from the hotel trade as well as in the warehousing and dispatch sector. Richard has a foundation degree in computer information systems.

Holly Johnson has joined as Marketing Consultant, having previously worked in boat sales where she gained marketing and events experience, including producing newsletters, adverts and managing social media platforms. She has also co-ordinated events for luxury cars, boats and clothing brands.
