After a rigorous accreditation renewal process, IT specialist Datcom is once again the only Cisco Premier Certified company in Lincolnshire.

Being certified means having the people, processes and resources to support, sell and consult on Cisco products and services. Cisco provide a range of equipment, networking and software that Datcom makes regular use of. Partners are reviewed on their direct client satisfaction feedback based on projects, support and consultancy, in which Datcom scored top marks.

Datcom Account Manager Andy Maddison, Managing Director Andrew Townsend and Senior Technician Tim Roper are now all qualified, having passed all the necessary examinations and screening.

Andy Maddison said: “Attaining Premier status with Cisco is a long and demanding process, but we feel it is absolutely crucial to delivering a high level of service to our clients. The process not only requires our staff to pass stringent exams, it also means having to report back to Cisco on the work we have done for clients to prove our experience and level of understanding.”

The status also means that Datcom’s networks are secure, that a high level of standards is being met and that customers can rest easy knowing their work is being handled by experts.

Andy added: “As the only Premier Partners in the county, we are proud to have renewed our status. It will give customers added confidence and we’re immensely proud of that.”
